The varieties of millet cookies that are developed and brought out as products are Thinai, Vargu, Samai, Kuthiraivali, Kambu, Ragi, Multigrain (combination of all millet varieties), Badam Millet, Choco Millet, Herbal Millet, Jeera Millet and Oats & Multigrain.The test results for the parameters like Energy (Calorific value), Total Carbohydrates, Total fat, Protein and Crude Fibre show that millet cookies produced by P11IPL are healthy for all age group in a family.P11IPL markets the millet cookies under its brand name PEPMAA.
